Fresh Tumeric Root - 3 inches
Fresh Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 2 cloves
Raw Honey - 4 tablespoon
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/2 cup
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tablespoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Scallions/Green Onions - 2 Sprigs
Cayenne Pepper - 1/2 fresh or 1/2 teaspoon of powder
